My Substance Painter on steam won't update nor launch.

Hello, I bought Painter on Steam probably around two months ago. I have only been using it for a month and left it idle for another month. Last I opened it was July 6th, today when I tried opening it again, Steam said it needs to be updated, but upon clicking the update button, it does nothing then says the application is ready to launch, which also does nothing. It doesn't launch, update, and I can't uninstall to re-install it either.

I have attached the log file. Help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Can you try simply removing it from your library and reinstalling? If not this is likely a Steam issue, you can try to delete the app install folder and restart Steam, this should allow you to reinstall it through your Library.
