I have tried to import a High model from Zbrush into substance Painter.
However, the detail on the High model is jagged.
Increasing the Output Size has no effect, and all the details are jagged.
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to get the details created in Zbrush to reflect properly.
I will also save a picture of the bake settings.

Could you show your UVs? This seems to be a lack of texel density on your helmet.
