No export from Sampler to Painter?

I have a substance account. Why can't I export from Sampler to Painter? That could be done with the older version.

Send-to actions are only available in the apps through the Adobe subscription, and not the Substance stand alone ones since they relly on an Adobe library to transfer data between tools.
