Running all Adobe 3D apps. Yesterday they all updated automatically. to the following...

Painter V7.4.0

Designer V11.3.0

Sampler V3.1.1

Stager V1.1.0

I am using a MacPro (2012) with 2 x 6 Core XEON, 64GB RAM. Radeon RX 580 8GB

OS is Cataline 10.15.7

All apps were running fine 2 days ago before the upgrade, and all of the apps with the exception of Painter all work now.

Painter loads the Splash Screen and then crashes.

The Log.txt file in the Application support directory is Zero Bytes

I have tried restarts, etc and still have the problem.

Hi,

Could you give precisions on what version of Painter you are using? Is it the steam or Creative Cloud Desktop app edition?

Have you tried doing a clean install (https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation/spdoc/preferences-and-application-data-location-14709559...

Thank you,

Kind Regards

Geoffrey,

Thanks for replying...

It's the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

I did try a delete and re-install and that didn't solve the problem. (by the way the link you posted leads to a Page Not Found error).

I've re-installed V7.3.0 Build 1272 and that is running fine, but I would love to get the latest version running.

Doug
