I had some problems with baking over the last week. If I wanna bake a highpoly mesh to my lowpoly i get the issue in the picture below. I tried different export settings, checked the normals, the suffix and the Uv`s and tried out lowpoly models with higher polycount and it changed nothing.
Can somebody explain that to me.

Baking high poly to low poly uses a normal map to simulate at rendering time surface detail from the high poly model onto the surface of the low poly model. It does this by baking that additional detail into the normal map for the low poly model.
Note the word simulate. It does not actually move the vertices of the low poly model, so low poly edges viewed against the background remain low poly edges, as you show in the corners you have highlighted above.
