Radial symmetry not working properly?

Hey, I am using the test version of substance 3D painter and I enjoy it alot. In the beginner tutorials on youtube the creators used radial symmetry, but sadly this wont work for me. Maybe this is because of the test version but it currently looks like this:

If theres a fix for that I would really like to get any info on why this bug might happen (or if its because of the test version).

I cannot repro. Have you tried to close your project and restart Painter and reopen it ?
