Hi, I wanted to cancel subscription of Your Substance 3D for Students and Teachers but it would not had let me because I didnt put any payment information (bank card). So I filled in the necessary information and hoped It would allow me to cancel it. It actually did but for some reason it also subscribed for almost another month and took the money of my card. I don't understand why and I also don't understand how to file for a refund in this situation... Can anyone help me?

This is a user forum, answered by Adobe Substance users not staff (although thankfully some staff do come here to answer questions).

Note : Please do not respond to anyone contacting you via private message in this forum, purporting to be from Adobe, and asking for account details. Scammers are known to do that.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
