Can anyone tell me what the best way to import models that are made in Solid Works
Hello @bobw30183634,
I've personnaly never used SolidWorks, but it seems you can export your work as an .OBJ file and as Substance 3D Painter is perfectly able to read .OBJ , I'd advise you to do just that.
If you don't want to make your own UVs, I'd also advice you to use the auto-unwrap option when creating the project.
I'm maybe missing some points due to the specificities of SolidWorks.
Let me know.
