Substance Painter Crashes when I select shelf? looks like its failing to load the smart materials? any ideas how I can fix this?

Can I edit my image please? or can an admin delete it and I will post a new version.

The issue here is that you are trying to open nwere content in a very old version of Painter. 1.7 is 5 years old and everything has pretty much changed in the app since then. New content will not work with ushc an old version.
