The tablet works properly, I've tried on ZBrush and krita and the pen pressure works. But in substance, I keep trying things and doesn't work.
I've tried activating and deactivating windows ink
I've made sure I have activated the pen pressure option next to brush size
I've reinstallated my huion driver, and also tried a previous version
Still doesn't works, any ideas?
Thanks! I think it's a driver problem, because today I discovered by error that if I turn down the driver software, the pen pressure works perfectly on substance painter. It doesn't make sense, so I send a ticket to the huion support, to see if they can give me a fix, or maybe give me a link to download older drivers for the tablet.

Hi Gonzalo,
First of all, Substance Painter's pressure needs the Windows Ink enabled in order to work properly, so you can keep it activated. You can also check our recommendation page on how to configure Windows Ink, in order to make sure we're not missing anything.
Now, issues with Huion pen pressure isn't uncommon, and most of the time, this is related to the driver. I know you already did, but I'd still try with another older driver.
Let me know if this works, and if not we'll start a deeper investigation with the tablets we have at work.
Best regards,

did you find a solution ?

Sorry, but I couldn't solve it. I asked the huion support but they just sent me drivers and some troubleshoot that didn't work

Same issues here a year on. I think their driver is just totally broken. The only way I have been able to make pen pressure work in Substance is to uninstall the driver or not run Huion Tablet at startup.

How does the pen work if the driver is turned off?

had issues with my Kamvas 22 Plus, but l was able
to get it working (at least for the time being). Seems
that Substance REQUIRES Window Ink to have
functioning pen pressure, but the Huion drivers
haven't played nice with Window's Ink for me for a
while now.
If you use a Logitech product (or even if you don't)
check msconfig and see if "logitech Lamparray
service" is on your list of services. l disabled it from
my services, restarted my computer, launched the
Huion driver software and checked the Window's Ink
box in the bottom left of the Digital Pen menu and
immediately had working pen pressure in Substance.
I found this solution and it solved the problem for me.

Hi Gonzalo,
I have a question about this. Why does Windows Ink need to be enabled? I used Substance Painter before Adobe purchased it and this was not a requirement. Why have Adobe added this? The 'Alt' and 'Ctrl' modifer popups are distracting and cause lag using the software.
Can Adobe not adjust it so that this part of Windows ink is disabled while using the software?
Thank you.

I managed to solve it by manually adding substance painter into huion setup program and enabling windows ink only for it.
