Substance will not load on Start up

version 7.2.1 

 

I just downloaded this version of Substance and it doesn't open it crashes on white screen everytime. It worked before i updated it but now i cannot even open the software. 

 

My Normal baking also no longer works and just produces the white and gray checker material.
