suspense 3D painter

There was an error in the shader, and I want to know how to fix it.
And when I turn on the 3d Painter, it turns off right away, so I wonder why.
Is there anything I need to set up on my laptop?

Hi,

Would you mind sharing your laptop config? You have an error message at the bottom of your screen that happens when your graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirement of the app.
