so before Supstancepainter.com got canceld and merge into adobe i can find my licenses so easy but with adobe i cant find any option or button or whatever so i can click to open my licenses

so i install SP education license for 1 year and i want to renew it but the problem as i mentioned i cant find my license so i can renew it and when i go to products its ask me about serial number and i dont know where i can find it so please help me its been couple of days that i trying to fix it and im really need it fast

i dont understand when i type agent its give me this message Please sign in with an active plan to continue with phone assistance. I found no record of an active plan linked to (gazax2016@gmail.com). but thats my only email that i signed in on adobe so i think the problem is on products that its asked me about the serial number of it but i dont know how i can get it

allegorithmic is the company that owned substance 3d before adobe acquired it.

Follow these steps to migrate your subscription:

1. Proceed with the purchase of an Adobe Substance 3D plan on Adobe.com
2. Download your Adobe.com invoice
3. Log into your Substance account on Substance3D.com and select Cancel subscription in the Subscription section
4. Download your latest invoice on the Billing section of your Substance account
5. Send an email to contact@substance3D.com with your Adobe/Adobe.com and Allegorithmic/Substance3d.com invoices attached
6. The pro-rated amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days

You will continue to have access to your Substance Source points until June 2022. Eligible individuals will be notified when they will be able to transfer their licensed assets and unused download points to their Adobe account.

If you migrate your subscription as explained above, I suggest reaching out beforehand to contact@substance3D.com for the specifics to carrying over your points and assets to your Adobe account with the new subscription.

maybe whats next will upset u but im sorry but i have to say it. so its been 2 or 3 or even more years with SP and i was so happy but sadlly when adobe took SP SP sucks really bad i mean when ever i want to check my account see updates or whatever i want i find what i want so easy but know its way more complicated i mean why u do this to your fans are we dont matter to u ?! and look i got SP education for free but now i have to make subscription so i can get it? and even when i go to education free its tell me to come back later? and when i go to try the free trail its tell me direct purchase unavailble im really got tired and i want it to work because im comfortable with SP and i dont want to go to try another products

i even faild from first step because as i mention when i want to purchase plan (which i have to pay for it which make me upset becasue i got for free in substancepainter the old site) but the problem is i cant make purchase even if i want u can see the picture that i attached to which say direct purchase unavailble

ok so i searched about this problem and i found out adobe didnt fix this issue since 2022 really?! come on adobe have many strong apps and cant fix this problem ?! and if they simply dont care then i wish adobe left Substance alone! and by the way here is the link which many users had the problem as i mentioned since 2022 untill now and still no fix

and im really dont know what to say i wasted 5 more or less days to fix this problem but now marmoset tool bag 4 looks very promising and very similr to SP and im just saying if adobe dont fix it many will go to marmoset why? well for example me as i said i wasted around 5 days to fix it
