Where is the support ???

I am seeing a lot of important and urgent questions in this forum but rarely any reasonable answer from the Adobe support. I think Adobe has more than 22.000 employees...what are all these people doing ? Don't say they are in the R&D dept. Since years new developments for Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc. are hard to find.

I've just raised a question, since I'm evaluating Substance Painter. I'll be interested how quickly (if at all) they answer my question.
