plugin Substance 3D not loading material in Blender

Installed the latest version of Blender 3.3.1, installed the latest plugin release from the linkhttps://substance3d.adobe.com/plugins/substance-in-blender/. Before installing the plugin, which also did not work, I deleted it, I posted the folder with scripts. Still doesn't work. Attach video.
