The previously exposed Substance Generation Methods in both project and per-substance factory are no longer exposed in UE 4 or UE 5. How do we get control of the runtime Substance generation methods for the game?

I have now come across SyncRendering and AsyncRendering Blueprint nodes, but I still dont know how to controlling Caching of intermediate results as in the past:
