Substance 3D Designer Plug-in for UE 4.27 and UE5 no longer shows SGM options

The previously exposed Substance Generation Methods in both project and per-substance factory are no longer exposed in UE 4 or UE 5.  How do we get control of the runtime Substance generation methods for the game?
