Substance Plugin for Blender 4.0

Cant seem to make the addon install/work with Blender 4.0. Is that because it is not updated for Blender 4.0 or is it a bug? And will it be updated for Blender 4.0 and when?

First download the add-on .zip, then scroll down to download the tools .zip.
