Unity Substance Editor App Error

I'm getting the following error in Unity 2021.1.14f1
It looks like it relates to the Unity Substance Editor App.

It was working okay in Unity 2021.1.12f1

> Do not use ReadObjectThreaded on scene objects!

What were you doing when the error occurred? Are you able to provide repro steps and/or a project we can use to reproduce the issue?

Hi -kg-

I wasn't using the app, I just had it installed in my Unity Project.
Then after upgrading, I started to get that error, when launching the Unity Project.
