When you import an image using the Image to Material workflow, Substance Sampler uses a delighting feature in order to remove shadows from the original image.

With dark images like yours, Sampler can misinterpret dark areas with shadows, resulting with unepexcted colors. In this case, it's worth trying to set the Delighting Intensity parameter to 0.

Hello @KARIE31048734enpj,

How do you import the image? As a simple bitmap or as an Image to Material?

I'm not exactly sure to understand what's happening with the Normal. None of the images sent upthere are Normal map. Could you describe a bit more your workflow?

Let me know,

I imported as as an image to material. It automatically distorts the color but I went ahead and tiled the image and exported it to my comupter to see if it would correct itself after that but it didnt.
