Hello! I hope someone can help me with this. I'm experiencing a problem in Sampler where my mesh (sphere) disappears when I apply a material. No matter what image or texture I add, the object vanishes from the viewport. I've added a recording of my screen so you can see the steps I've taken, and a screenshot of my driver/device information. I use Sampler version 5.0.0
I am kind of a noob with these programs and drivers so hope someone can help. thanks 🙂

Hi Isa,
Could you please send us the log file linked to a session where you encountered this issue?
- When you are in Sampler if it is currenlty happening, go to the Help menu and select the Export log file item.
- If you have closed Sampler but it happened in the previous session you can grab it from your files: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Sampler\log.txt
Thank you!

Hello!
It looks like Sampler is not running on your Nvidia GPU but your integrated GPU (AMD). Can you try to force in the Nvidia Control panel to force Sampler to use your Nvidia GPU ?
And also to update your drivers to 566.33
More recent drivers have some issues.
Thanks

Hello! Thank you for replying.
I've done as you said, and also restarted my laptop a couple times after but it's sadly still not working in Sampler... maybe it could be because I could not find the 566.33 driver, I've instead installed the one that's the closest to it 566.36?
Thanks!

Hello, I have the same issue: Mesh disappears when I apply a material. I have a Mac Book Pro M1 Max with Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.4.
Please can you suggest something to fix?
Thanks.

Hi,
We are working on a fix, can you share with us your log file? (go to Help menu> Export Log)
In the meantine the only way to be able to work is to return on the 4.5.2 version.
You can do it from CCD, on the product page click on the dots to open the window to choose a version:
