Sampler will not launch.

All of a sudden Sampler will not launch, from Creative Cloud or from the start menu. Painter & Designer will launch. I uninstalled Sampler and reinstalled with the same results.

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz 3.50 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB 
Graphics NVidia RTX 3060
Windows 11 Home
1-1TB SSD, 2TB HD X 2

After a full reinstall, all is working as advertised. And yes, all drivers are up-to-date, it's a new desk top.
