Sbsar files not recognized by C4D

sbsar files created or sample files show errors when trying to use them in c4d.  Also sbsar files downloaded from Adobe Substance Assets also give error and can't be used by C4d.

Yes I have tried every way to upload them to my C4d R19 and it is hit or miss.  A few work and most don't.  They all work in substance player.

If, they work on other softwares the problem might come from C4D.
Did you try to reach them?

Yes I reached out to Maxon.  There answer is to purchase the latest build of c4d.  Unfortunately I can't afford their price.  Thanks for trying to resolve this issue.  Greg
