Application Restart Needed...Every 2 minutes.

I have been having issues with Substance Stager since it's release, and this is about to push me over the edge with Adobe.  

I have no issues with other 3D software(maya, blender, fusion 360, houdini) as I am working on a $10,000 workstation designed for this line of work.

 

This software has cost my business a ridiculous amount of time and money all to fall short over and over again.  I am going to be requesting a full refund for the last year, as it continuously does not meet the demands of basic work let alone professional application.

 

I have attached an image below showing what my screen looks like every 2 minutes.

I am paying for fully functioning professional software. Correct me if I
am wrong, but are Adobe is not paying my business to Beta test software.

If Adobe is unable to provide functioning software then it is violating the
good faith agreement between their consumers under the guidelines of the
Federal Trade Commission.

I will let the FTC know about this and let them decide what to do with
Adobe’s malfunctioning business model.

Hi @Eyedallama .  I'm so sorry for the experience that you're having.  Substance 3D Stager is on old architecture and has a lot of known issues.  We are working on a fully new version of the application on modern architecture, completely rebuilt from the ground up to address the limitations and performance issues that Stager currently has.

I appreciate the apology, however this is unacceptable to be charging
premium prices for software that is known to be consistently
malfunctioning.

Adobe has been profiting on broken software for far too long, and now the
FTC is going to get involved as it is extremely unethical and unlawful to
be operating like this.

This is exactly how class action begins.
