Frosted Glass not working correctly

I have the sun coming through frosted glass with plants on the other side, yet the shadow is coming through as if it were standard glass. From my understanding frosted glass should give a diffuse effect and cast very blurry shadows.

Hello,what about the rendering? there is often a difference between the preview and the final rendering. Logically everything should be fine with Stager.
In my opinion I would rather make a high quality rendering and see if everything is correct, otherwise we will regrade the settings.
Can you also tell us what computer and system you are working on?

The final rendering looks exactly like what’s seen in the viewport

Hey Alexandre, I will upload a render done on the 'Ultra' preset and upload a screenshot after. 

These are the specs of my machine:

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019)

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro Vega 20 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Unfortunately the light is still not scattering even when rendered on the 'Ultra' preset
