How to avoid textures' quality loss in .glb export?

Is there a way to export 3d models into GLB format without quality loss using Stager? Every time I export GLBs the textures are compressed resulting in the resolution being decreased by half, with a maximum resolution of 2K. Is there a way to export them with textures at least 4K? Would appreciate any thoughts on that!

Hi @Agnieszka5E83 !  Unfortunately this is not yet possible.  Stager always compressees GLB/GLTF export to make it more web-ready since that was the initial intention of this export format.  Exposing options to customize the compression on/off/settings is something we've discussed but aren't immediately planning on doing.

Hello @JMathews

thanks for answering. I was also wondering why this is not possible. Especially, for web usage, people would need to have the option to select different output/compression options. Higher output per default would make more sense, as compressing it down is not a problem. Is there a workaround for this issue?

Best, M.
