Importing CAD 3D files

Hello everyone. I tried in vain to import 3D data e.g. Stp in Stager. Now my company has a subscription but it still doesn't work. What can I do? Thanks for your help!

Hi Ares, unfortunately i can't share a file but here is the import window. Step files are not included here. Is there an other opportunity for step files?

We can see Stl or Skp file types in menu but not Stp. That why Dn can't open it.. I think. May be you need to convert it to required format for Dn and import again.

I think I read that you need an Enterprise subscription to import .STP files. Is that what you have?

I was looking at 3D Stager as an alternative to Keyshot Pro, but if it can't even import a STP file that's going to be a problem when it comes to switching over.
