I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Video Lounge, since it is not an Adobe application.

I am uncertain which program you are looking to use - I do not recognize the fbx format. Is this a 3D character? Unfortunately, Character Animator is intended only for 2D characters.

Yes, FBX files are 3D models. Adobe has some tools like Aero and mixamo.com, but character animator is for 2d animation, not 3D. Adobe I think has some posing support now, have substance shader, but not a full 3D pipeline yet.
