Well dont know if its the 2022 update but I just switched from trial to paid version and its not working at all...I cant even use it's own library or interact with any model

I haven't been able to run Adobe Substance Stager since the 2022 update.

 

I tried it out on 2 different machines and I'm assuming it must be being dealt with as I type this... Hopefully soon, because it has affected my workflow drastically. xoxo

A lack of the viewport rendering means the app is unable to start the rendering engine up and is almost always related to driver updates.  If you are on Windows NVIDIA please try using the Studio drivers, as those are the ones we have tested with NVIDIA.  If you're on Mac or non-NVIDIA Windows, please be sure to update to the latest drivers/OS in general.

If you continue to have issues please email Substance3D-bugs@adobe.com and include your Stager.log file (you can get this from the Help > Get logs menu item) so we can see what's going on.
