Substance 3D Stager 3.1 on Mac M3 Chip Machine unresponsive dialogue box in Libraries

When trying to access “Libraries” a dialogue box pops up that says “Share and update team assets smoothly” with “Skip” and “Next” buttons. Choosing either button takes you to a dialogue box that says “Browse libraries in business storage” with a “Done” button. At this point the button is unresponsive and I cannot get rid of the dialog box to access any libraries. Any ideas? THANKS in advance!

Try this. Sign in and out into your Adobe CC Apps. Can you access you libraries on website? Do Libraries works in other apps, PS, Ai, etc?

* Signing out and into my Adobe CC Apps did not help.


* But, I opened illustrator and Photoshop and the libraries did open.
With the other Apps and their libraries open, I opened Stager and the libraries worked!


* I quit all apps and opened Stager alone and the libraries opened

I think only those coding these apps can figure out why things work the way they do. I am grateful to the hive for helping to figure out a way around the bug! Thank you!

We have a fix coming in a few weeks for the CC Libraries panel which has been having some issues due to the panel and processes getting out of sync.
