Substance 3D Stager distributed rendering

Is it possible to use any kind of distributed rendering (two or more machines in order to boost the rendering time) or any other possibility?

Not yet.  Stager only has single device rendering at the moment.  More rendering options makes sense though!  You can request features and vote for them here: https://feedback.substance3d.adobe.com/
