Substance suddenly unusable due to auto-pan bug

Hi,

I am posting here as I originally posted in the Dimension forum but am now having the same problem on both Dimension and Substance, and as support is being decreased for Dimension with Substance being Adobe's new focus, thought maybe I'd have more luck posting here:

I am having the same problem in both programmes. They were working fine yesterday. It doesn't matter what file I open or if I start a new project, same problem happens.

Hi @Jasmine5E78! We are not able to diagnose working files directly on the forum website. Can you email the Stager and Dimension log files from the scene you're experiencing this issue with to Substance3d-bugs@adobe.com. If the file is under 20 MB you can attach it directly to the email.  If it's larger, you can send via a file transfer link like Creative Cloud assets, Dropbox, We Share, One Drive, Google Drive, or similar.
