The stager viewport is blank and is not working

Hello everyone,

 

I need your help please, I have just bought Adobe Stager and I tried to work on it but failed.
The viewport is blank, I followed all the steps mentioned in those links
 Stager viewport is blank | Substance 3D Stager (adobe.com),
Solved: Blank Viewport - Adobe Community - 12842870, yet it's still not working.

 

Few days ago, I downloaded the trial version, but since it's not woking, I bought it hoping that it's a bug. The video Card I have is (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060), Windows 11 Pro,
I checked for NVIDIA updates, and I got this message (This device is working properly)

So any clue how to solve this problem please?
