Workflow tips and adjusting multiple physical lights

Hi, I need some help with workflow and physical lighting.
I'm using Stager to recreate an existing real-world retail shop front and I am trying to replicate the lighting as it is in the photographs I've been supplied. The end goal is to have a shop front window template that I can use show different advertising displays to my client.

I have about 16 physical spot lights in my scene.
Adjusting them one by one, then rendering a scene to see what they look like is time consuming - is there a faster way to do this? Or better way of working?

I can't adjust multiple lights when I have them all selected..
I cant copy values for one light and apply them to the rest..

What are some workflow steps I can take to match the lighting to my source photos faster and more accurately? I feel like im blindly increasing and decreasing exposure, intensity, emitter radius, outer angle and falloff and because there are so many lights it is taking me a long time.

Am I making my scene too complicated by litterally adding one spot light for each lightbulb in the photograph? could I be using one area light instead of multiple spot lights?
I imagine this is just a matter of trial and error but I wanted to see if anyone has any tips around recreating a real-world location.

Removing the environment lights completely can help me see more obvious changes to the physical lights but thats about the only tip I've been able to find that has helped.

Also, I'm after some more advanced tutorials if anyone can point me in the right direction..
There are a lot of very basic Stager tutorials on youtube (I assume because it is a relatively new program?)
I need more than "add the light to your scene and adjust the parameters"

Aplogies if this is a bit long winded, any tips/tricks/help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
