Assign abo to a team member

Hi,

I´m looking for some help.

I created an account for a company and I bought then an Creative Cloud All Apps. 

Now, I want to assign the licence to a member of my company, but I don´t know how to manage this. The licence now is assiged to the admin (account).

May you give me some hints how to to this?
