Hey all,

First a brief on the Team Project workflow I'm using and then I'll describe the issue.

1. Create Team Project and ingest footage. (ARRI ProRes 3200 x 1800)

2. Create proxy media of original footage. GoPro 1280 x 720 and assure it's attached.

3. Share Team Project with collaborator.

4. Copy proxy media only and send to collaborator.

5. Collaborator connects media, accepts invite and loads Team Projects and it all links up, Great!

Now to the issue. ARRI ProRes file has 5 mono audio channels (we're using only 2 in this case)

The GoPro proxies do a "same as source" 5 mono tracks.

However, when the remote collaborator loads the project, only channel 1 is showing as having any data and the other 4 show as offline.

See images: 1st shows what it looks like when you open sequence where there should be audio data online on track 2.

remote TP.jpg

2nd image shows matchframing source into source viewport where you can see by the meters 5 channels, but data on channel 1 only.

source linked proxy.jpg

3rd image shows that same file imported from the drive into the projects (hence the _proxy suffix) and you see that both channel 1 and 2 have data.

Hi,

Sorry for such a long delay in reply. I have tried to reproduce the issue and I am able to see it happening. I have sent a note to the engineering team and they should be prioritising it very soon.

Thanks for reporting it and helping in making collaboration a better experience.

Regards,

Ramesh.
