Hi folks,
We've been using team project in Premiere for about 3months now.
We have a very large project which takes a long time to open (5mins usually) and then an even longer time to load all media files (20-30mins - we have apx 40k assests in our project and the project is essentially unusable while the media loads. Also we have found that allowing the media to load before making any changes in the project prevents any auto save issue which seem to be overly common in PP Team projects).
I have Premiere set to launch when my Mac starts up and I have my Mac scheduled to start up 15mins before I arrive into the office each day. For regular (non-Team) projects I have the Premiere Home Screen set to open the most recent project but this doesn't work for Team Project as Premiere says it can't find the location of the team project on the computer.
Is there a way that the most recently opened Team Project can open automatically when Premiere Pro is launched?...this would save me about 30mins a day!
Thanks

Hey there,
Sorry for the problems that you are experiencing regarding media relinking. A few questions for you. What version of Premiere Pro are you running? If it is the laest version, would it be possible if we could get some process samples of The Premiere Pro process and Team Project Local Hub while the media is relinking. (Activity monitor, Select the process, click on the inspect selected process, then click on sample.) and send me the files that are created from this?

Hi Nate,
I'm running PP 15.4.5 which is the latest possible version for our Intel Mac Pro.
I have process samples saved but I don't want to upload files on the forum so let me know how I can send you the files directly.
Thanks

Good Morning,
You can send me a link to any file sharing website of your choosing and I can go grab the files. Just email me the link at nboerman@adobe.com I believe our latest version is 22.6.2 so, you are back a few versions. Is there a reason that you cannot move up? Additionally, thanks for the remarks regarding the auto-project load on launch. I'll see what we can do about addressing that in a future release.

Thanks Nate,
I just sent you the files by PM.
We do not want to move up but rather need patches made available for older more stable versions. We are running the newest version of PP which our operating system (MacOS Mojave) will allow. We're a professional production company with in-house post facilities, so we do not update to the latest operating system versions. Instead, we rely on stable tried'n'tested versions of MacOS. We have an Apple Silicon machine running PP also and both PP and OS are buggy and unreliable in a professional context.
