Since yesterday I can't connect to Team Projects on After Effects both on MAC and PC. This seems to be related to my account because my colleagues on the same network have no trouble in connecting to their Team Projects.
Sorry for your troubles - There could be several reasons (i.e. temporary account issue, a hanging process, expired token). When this issue occurred did you re-boot your machine to make sure any possible hanging process is going to be restarted?
Could you send me [upawlik@adobe.com] the Team Project Local Hub logs for the timeframe you were disconnected?
Team Project log location:
(Mac OS) : ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Team Projects Local Hub/2.0/logs
(Windows): C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\A

Here is the message I get when trying to create a new Team Project.
It also seems that the last sync happened somewhere around the time I opened a Team Project I created on a PC on a MAC.

After doing nothing really sudennly the connection got restored. Im glad its back but being locked out from the team project server with no information on how to fix it for almost 19 hours is not something I feel comfortable with. I would be thankful for any information what could be the cause of it and how to fix it in case it happens again.

The Easiest way to access the log location:
On Mac: Open the 'Go to folder...' Finder menu per Cmd+Shift+G and paste following string into the text field: ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Team Projects Local Hub/2.0/logs
On Windows: Paste the string into the file explorer address bar: %AppData%\Adobe\Team Projects Local Hub\2.0\logs
Best,

Hey, I just sent the logs your way, thanks a lot for your help.
I'm sure I rebooted the PC with no luck, not sure if I rebooted Mac.

Hey,
I got a response from Udo over the email saying that ' (...) This specific issue appears to be a one off and its occurrence should be exceedingly rare.' but I'm running into the same issue again now.
