Duplicate a Team Proejct or import into another project

Is there a way to duplicate a team project? I built a glorious rig that I want to now use elsewhere -- but I can't import it into another project so I can pare away all the project specific stuff and make it re-usable.

On a related note, if I convert a team project does it remove the original in the cloud (i.e., is the local version a copy or the only version)?

Thanks

You could open the Team Project in Premiere Pro and do 'File > Save As...' which will create a copy of the current project.
Converting a Team Project to a local project does not delete original. You will have a local version and the original.
