As Adobe have THE WORST UX for customer support I was hoping that someone may be able to help...
I have set up a teams project on Premiere Pro and have followed every single damned instruction on this stupid website.... However, my collaborator opens the project to find absolutely nothing, no timeline, no project media, absolutely zilch!
I've tried going onto the media management which just displays 2 screenshots that i took to extend a particular part of footage on the timeline.
I've synced my creative cloud setting and changed the ingest settings so it uses the creative cloud folder as storage, yet I cannot find my team project anywhere on the creative cloud app interface...
Adobe is the worst company for making things super difficult for absolutely no reason, I'm sick of the glitches in every single one of their programs.... Please help me!!!

Hi Alana,
Sorry for your troubles with Team Projects. Have you already shared your changes to the Team project? Is your collaborator able to 'Get' these changes? - Share and manage changes with Team Project collaborators
You won't be able to find a Team Project on your local disk as a Team Project is not a 'viewable' single file like a .prproj instead it is saved in a local database and on the Adobe server.
Best,
Udo

For the media ... online sharing isn't often the best solution, as the "latency" issue will be horrid. That's the playback struggles from having the media stored "out there" and needing to be downloaded on the fly for every frame.
I've been working with LucidLink's transfer service with a partner from Cape Town SA ... I'm in Oregon USA. The media lives on Amazons' S3 servers in London, and this has worked amazingly well. We'd tried other online storage and did not find the performance at all adequate.
If you don't have shared online storage, each should have it local ... and the proper method for media management is the 'owner' or 'creator' imports/ingests the media normally. But ALL other collaborators MUST use the Edit/Team Projects/Media Management dialog to link to the media of the project on their storage.
