i cant invite to my collaborates in team projects

Hi, I want to invite my collaborators to a team project, I add their addresses, but the invitation does not arrive, what is happening?

1. When you input your collaborator's email addresses, do those match their Adobe IDs? 

2. When they create a new Team Project can they successfully invite you to a new project?

Hi there,

I am sorry that you are running into problems with invitations.  Can you invite them to anything outside of Team Projects?  Like a shared asset folder? a library?

So, if I am understanding what you are saying is that you cannot invite them to anything at all.  Even outside of Team Project/Premiere Pro.  That is telling me that the creative cloud desktop application is having an issue.  This might be solved by logging in and logging out of CCD or possibly rebooting your machine. 

Let me know if that solves the issue.
