Everytime my coworker and I share a team project, it shows up in the window for invites, but when I click on it, it says "Your collaboration invitation could not be found. It may have already been accepted, expired, or revoked by the sender" - Unless it's expiring right away, it keeps glitching. We can access past projects we've collaborated on, we just can't make any new team projects in Premiere Pro. It's not our work firewalls because I tried the same thing on my personal computer and got the same error.
Resolution was an issue with the account that needed to be addressed on the backend side. If anyone is having the issue they will have to submit a help ticket. This isn't something the user can resolve.
Thanks for your help Udo! It's fixed for both of us.

Hi,
Which version of Premiere are you using and under what kind of license (individual / team / enterprise/ educational / trial)?
Are you able to accept the invite via the Creative Cloud App under the notification icon?
Do you mind to also invite me [upawlik@adobe.com] to your Team Project?
Best, Udo

We both have the most recent update and an enterprise account through our company. I'll send the invite shortly.

Thanks Ashley,
I received the invite and saw the same 'Invite not found' message when I tried to accept it. Are you able to accept the invite to a test project I just sent out?

Yes, that worked. I wonder if its my company security software that's interfering with invites being sent out.
Thoughts?

Thank you for confirming. The issue is with your adobe account our backend team is currently investigating the reason.

The issue should be fixed now and collaborators should be able to accept invites sent by you.
Best,
Udo
