I've been on chat with Adobe support for hours and they keep sending me back and forth between techs with zero help, so I'm hoping my fellow users might have some advice!
I manage a group in Adobe Teams. A member of the team (User X) left our company, so we removed his account and added a new one for his replacement (User Y). Members of our team are trying to share files in Premiere with User Y, but the system keeps defaulting to User X for some reason. The error reads "Failed to send invitation to [User X]."
Does anyone know of some cache somewhere that needs to be cleared or something?
