Media sharing for Team Projects

I am new to Team Projects. I can't find any information on how to share the media between collaborators. Every time I Publish, my collaborator's media goes offline, and vice versa. Where does the shared media need to be stored, and how do I set that up?

Thanks for any help!

Julie

Hi Julie,
How you share media between collaborators is largely up to you, you can use any file sharing service such as Creative Cloud files, google drive, Onedrive, etc., share hard-drives or use shared storage.  It's best if the folder structure on every collaborators machine is the same.
I addressed the media offline issue in your other post: Media showing offline when Updating team project

We struggled with this as well and ended up using Creative Cloud for all active content, as Adobe seems to work best with it's own files, formats and syncing.  The key is to make sure all collaborators use the same file path, drive letters, etc.  There are a few good youtube videos that covers this as well - Mary Betsy has one from a year ago that's great, easy to watch and short.  Jason Levine has a monster deep dive that's an hour long.  Search for "team projects premiere pro" and look for those two folks
