Not loading changes and unable to publish

I'm trying to publish the changes I've made to my team project, but premiere won't stop loading and I'm stuck on this screen:

Is it just taking a long time because I made too many changes between publishing or some other reason? Is there a way to force-publish? Or am I just stuck here not able to share my changes at all?

It's got that green checkmark, saved and synced

Have you tried closing and restarting the app? (Please make sure the TeamProjectLocalHub process is also fully shut down before restarting the app).
How many assets (clips, sequences) are in the project?

Closing the app, waiting for the TeamProjectLocalHub process to shut down, waiting, then reopening worked! All the changes loaded right away, and I was able to publish. Thank you
