Hey Everyone,
We encountered a very frustrating problem last week with our company. I have to give a bit of backstory to explain what happened.
Also so everyone has the details, we are running off MacBook Pros, M1 and M2 chips.
Premiere Pro version is: 24.5.0 (Build 57)
One of our team members left our company about 6 weeks ago, and we cancelled his Adobe account as part of our Business Plan with a few accounts under it. We mostly work off of teams projects within premiere so can work on them simultaneously. We realized when we cancelled his account, that the teams projects that we were collaborators on, but he had started had disappeared and we lost complete access to them.
Yes, obviously we should have exported these as normal Premiere Pro project files but there were a few projects we didn't even realize he had created since it was so long ago.
I was on the phone with Adobe for about 6 hours last week and we could not find a solution and I had to go back and rebuild these projects which was a huge waste of time. A few people from Adobe were saying that even if you cancel an account, the files are still held there for 30 days before being completely deleted. Does anyone know where to find these project files that were saved on the cloud after an account has been cancelled then re-activated? I have searched all through assets.adobe.com and can't find anything.
It also seems a little weird that the collaborators on a project wouldn't even get some sort of notification if the project was going to be fully deleted. I would think they would get something like that or a notification to take over the project as an admin or something before being gone forever!
Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else? What did you do?
Please help! Thanks!

Sorry, another piece of information. We re-activated his account the next day after we realized the project files we missing. An Adobe team member told us to do this and that the files should still be living there because they don't get permanently deleted for 30 days. We booted it back up and there were no project files living on that account anymore. Please Help!
Thanks!
