Hi- We've been working in Team Projects for over a year now on a very large documentary project. It's been more or less fine (other than minor problems) up until now. Today suddenly when we restarted much media was missing. Both IMAC systems running Sierra 10.12.6, and PP 12.1.2.We're not networked, working with cloned drives. We shared changes last night before shutting down and the same media is offline on both system. The weird thing is that as far as I can tell, the only media that's missing is footage that's been cut into the sequence in the past week or so. But it's not all of the the new footage in the sequence, only some. Some of the offline media is footage that was recently brought into the project, some's been there for the past year. All is relinkable, but only as a super tedious manual relinking. I can't seen to get it to relink anything using the search function. I have to locate it myself. Grrrrr. Any and all suggestions on why this happened and how to prevent it from re-occuring would be greatly appreciated. In simple clear steps please. Previous editor who set us up in Team Projects is no longer on the project, and I'm quite unfamiliar with Team Projects. Could it be that project has grown too big or there's some sort of project maintence we need to do, other than clearing out cache files? Also any way to get the media to auto relink? Thanks
Dawn

I'm sorry, you're having trouble with offline media in a Team Project.
Relinking media in the context of a Team Project should be done by creating a machine specific 'media mapping' instead of globally relinking the media path.
Manage media in Team Projects: https://helpx.adobe.com/team-projects/using/add-and-manage-media.html#Managemedia
However, we identified issues that could potentially corrupt the media path and fixed them in our newer releases.
What does the path of the offline media look like when you open the Media Management dialog (Edit > Team Project > Media Management...) (Does it have a reference to locator id)?
How many assets are in your Team Project, How many collaborator are working on the project?
Thank you,
Udo

To Eric and anyone else reading this,
Following the process listed by Udo is key. NO ONE but the person creating a Team Project should EVER use the Project panel's relinking process to link to media. Never EVER.
For all other team members, you MUST use the Team Projects linking process through Premiere's Media Browser panel. Or you'll mess the entire project linking for everyone on the project.
