Team project sharing looses keyboard shortcuts

Hi does anyone have a fix for this issue. I make a project and create it as a team project on a PC, I share it with a Mac user who updates the project. I then come to work on it again - but annoyingly my 'Q' and 'W' (standard ripple delete to playhead) no longer work, and crazily no amount of restoring keyboard setup, going to default keyboard brings it back even re-assigning the function doesn't work. All this despite turning the project back to a non shared local only project.

Any thoughts on this?

Same issue with teams projects between two PCs.

Q/W edit doesn't work and scrubbing the timeline is way slower than with normal projects.

Any update Adobe?
