Team Project won't publish

   I have been using a team project for about 2 weeks now so that I can get input on my edit and it has been working fine. 

  But then starting yesterday, it won't publish. It just loads indefinitely (see screenshot).

   Anyone know what I should do? And is my project saved on my end even if it won't publish so the other person can see it?
