Team Projects connection lost

Folks - help... we're working on a feature doc and we just ran into the exact problem outlined in this thread from several years ago:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/team-projects-discussions/team-projects-connection-lost/td-p/8755294

I am the group administrator - nothing has changed on settings or the project itself. This just happened randomly at one of our team's system.

Update and Publish buttons keep blinking on and off and Premiere itself cannot Update or Publish.

Following up on the above - we tried deleting preferences and re-installing clean. Nothing seems to solve the problem described above. We're seeing something slightly different than the thread in the link above, in which an error message appears 'presence service - not available' error appears. Premiere keeps trying to reconnect to the project and hence why the Update and Publish buttons keep blinking. Eventually Premiere stops trying to connect and the team member is left offline from the team project.

Hi and sorry for your troubles,
we had a brief service outage in that area yesterday. Does the issue still persist, today?

I'll also follow up in a separate mail.

I am Currently still have the issue. Update and Publish buttons keep blinking on and off and Premiere itself cannot Update or Publish - also I was unable to see any of my old team Projects when trying to open one of those, only the current one that I had locally saved when this issue started.  - I renamed my Team Projects Local Hub - Relaunched premierre and it generated a new Folder. I clicked Open Team Projects and all my projects were there, but only for a second. I opened current team Project again, and Publish started blinking again on and off and finally stopped, and still no connection to Pulbish. Same issue.  Any updates? thanks

Posting here so it becomes common knowlege... losing the connection to the team project is related to internet connection speed. It seems that below 100Mpbs Premiere loses connection to a team project and is never able to regain the connection again. The only solution we found was to create a new Team project and boost the connection speed of the user that was having the problem.

Good to know. It's strange casue my internet speed is around 315Mpbs - But I did downgrade from premiere (23.1) back to (23.0) that version does not have the new blue Publish or Update button but instead the old Corner Arrow to publish. Seems to be working fine now. Maybe will solve on the next update?

There is a bug in Premiere Pro 23.1 that causes the Team Projects background process to crash repeatedly on certain projects in rare circumstances. This will cause the blinking update/publish button problem. The workaround is to simply open the project using Premiere Pro 23.0 (you can do this on any computer, when logged in as your Adobe user). After that, you should be able to use the project with Premiere Pro 23.1. This bug has been fixed in the next release. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and stress caused by this flaw.

More details about "certain projects in rare circumstances": if you lose your internet connection, lose power or reboot while the Team Projects background process is in the middle of synchronizing a project to the cloud, a stale transaction is left in the Team Projects Cloud Service for that project. This is not normally a problem, and they are cleaned up by the Team Projects background process. But a bug was put into the 23.1 Team Projects process to the effect that, when it tries to clean up stale transactions, it crashes. The previous release (23.0) can clean up stale cloud transactions without crashing, so once 23.0 has done the cleanup, 23.1 will not try to do it and will not crash. This problem was found and fixed in January and this will work correctly in the next release.

A slow internet connection is not a problem for Team Projects, although if the connection is slow I supposed there is a higher chance you might end up with a stale cloud transaction.
