I'm working with 4 collaborators and today we discovered missing sequences and at least one sequence that is empty but should have media inside of it. Know that the "share my changes" and "download changes" arrows are greyed out indicating that all changes have been updated. Is there any way possible to recover these missing sequences and additional work?
We are all working on Macs with Monterey 12.4 and Adobe Premiere Pro 22.5.0 (build 62).

One follow up. Wondering if one team member were to update their version of PP and save the project and the others did not upgrade whether this could have caused the missing data issues noted above?

Working with slightly different Versions e.g., 22.4 & 22.5 should not have caused the issue of missing items in the Team Project.
Have any updates to the sequence(s) in question successfully been shared sometime earlier? In this case you can try and recover a previous version via the Versions tab in the Media Browser.
Or the collaborator who added the media to the now empty sequence can see if there is a version in the Auto-Save history:
In very rare cases the 'Get Changes' button can remain grayed out even when updates to the project are being available.
You can see if that's the case when you try to Share any change (e.g., add an empty bin), if there is a pending update, you'd see a message stating "A newer version of the Team Project has been published. Please get the latest changes...'. The get latest changes button should now be enabled.
It's generally recommended to Share your changes periodically.
Best,
Udo
